Elansoft launches charting tools

Circuit EC / Hyderabad

Elansoft Infotech, a 100 percent exported-oriented software product and services company, has developed and launched Web-based charting tools, which provide solutions based on intellectual property.

“We have developed the AgileBlox Framework, which allows developers to simplify complex Web-based development, thereby reducing development and maintenance time and costs,” said K Pravin Raju, chief executive officer of the company. “Using this framework, we have developed three products, AgileBlox Chart, AgileBlox Builder (Beta) and AgileBlox Lite Chart (Beta) for the Java platform. AgileBlox Chart is the world’s first Java-based scalable vector graphics (SVG) charting tool,” he added.

This is also the first charting tool to provide support for XML Schema. The company is in the process of migrating its existing products to the .NET framework and is also working on new product releases. “We are developing what would be the first Java/.NET-based SVG charting solution for wireless devices. We are also working on releasing AgileBlox Designer, which allows a developer to create complex dynamic charts with drill-downs. All these products would be ready in the first quarter of 2003,” said Raju.

This Rs 3 crore company has several partnerships with leading companies to integrate, market and distribute its products. These include Sun, Digital River, Pramati Technologies, Soft Choice, and Component Source. Its customers include IBM, KLA-Tencor and Bureau Veritas.
