Symphony brings high-end technology outsourcing to India
Symphony Services, a technology-based business transformation
outsourcing (BTO) service provider offering software development (product design)
capabilities will leverage its offshore delivery model to help reduce product
development cost for its clients.
Dr Romesh Wadhwani, chairman, Symphony Services said,

cost but also help increase customer satisfaction and expand services.
Symphonys aim is to create significant value for its customers by delivering
world-class products and services from Bangalore. As part of its global delivery
model, in addition to product development, Symphony Services will be offering
solutions in the enterprise application space, especially in supply chain, CRM
and business intelligence (BI). Its advanced analytics service will offer in-depth
marketing research regarding prospective customers.
The company plans to increase its current employee
base from 650 to 2,000 by FY 2004 to strengthen its technology centre in Bangalore.
Over the next three years, Symphony Services plans to spend $100 million in
India to support its expansion plans.
